🚚 Delivery Schedule

    All orders will be processed within 4 hours upon receipt during operating hours.

    We will reconfirm delivery time with the customer after the order is placed.

    Please place your order in advance for smooth coordination.

⏰ Grace Period & Timing

    Please allow 1 hour grace period on normal days and 2 hours on Fridays / Public Holiday Eve.

    Delivery time may vary based on driver availability, traffic, weather, and road conditions.

    For door-to-door delivery (e.g. up to apartment/office units), kindly inform us in advance – additional charges may apply.

    We require at least 4 hours (within operating hours) to prepare your order.

    For same-day orders, please accept the possibility of delays – otherwise, we reserve the right to reject the order.

    Delivery services may be suspended on the same day due to bad weather. Please plan early to avoid disruptions.

🎯 Delivery Disclaimers

    🎈 Balloon Float Time:

        Standard latex balloons: ~8 hours

        Foil balloons: ~24 hours

        For longer-lasting balloons, please inform us when ordering (upgrade charges may apply).

    💳 Payment Notice:

        Balloon prep begins only after full payment is received.

        For same-day orders, use instant transfer to avoid delays.

    📦 Order in Advance:

        Place your delivery order at least 24 hours in advance for smoother processing.

    🚗 Driver Information:

        Delivery is handled by third-party partners to maintain affordable rates.

        Incorrect/incomplete address info may incur additional fees.

        Delivery speed is affected by location, accessibility, SOPs, and traffic.

    ⚠️ Special Delivery Requests (e.g. surprise delivery, urgent, exact timing, indoor delivery) may require additional service charges.

    💬 Our Commitment:

        We do our best to fulfill all orders promptly.

        However, if you are unwilling to accept possible delays, we advise against placing an order—especially during government SOP enforcement periods.

    👣 For safety reasons, walk-out delivery from our shop is not provided.

        Please opt for self-collection, or request delivery (charges apply).

        You may also arrange your own driver to collect from inside our shop.

    ⏱️ Claims & Quality Check:

        Please check your items immediately upon receipt.

        No claims can be made for any issues reported after 1 hour of delivery/collection.

    🛍️ Free delivery is available for orders above RM200 within the same mall.

⚡ Same-Day Order & Delivery

    Preparation time depends on order complexity, quantity, and staff availability.

    Balloons are not pre-made – we prepare them fresh.

    Preparation and dispatch usually takes 2–4 hours after order confirmation with payment.

    We operate on a first-come, first-served basis – walk-ins and prior orders may affect lead time.

    Please expect minor cosmetic tolerance for same-day balloon rush orders.

    Due to tight timelines, we may not be able to fully test balloon stability – minimal risk of defects (~1:100 ratio).
