Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st Jan 2025

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery and be exchanged for other goods.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery shall not be entertained because some of the balloons need to be prepared one day in advance and balloons that already in-flated are not able to be resell to others.
  • Customized design are not able to cancel if we have proceed with the design/ production (example: personalized printing, special colour orders and others customized requests)

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items.
  • Customers must report issues within 1 hours of delivery with photo proof.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Exchange Policy

  • We allow exchanges for defective products, subject to availability.
  • No exchanges for change-of-mind requests.
